The Order Process at Present:

The order process follows a fraud protection and quality control process to allow us to review orders before payment.

1. You choose the products you wish to buy within reasonable limits. (approx. 5 items each)

2. The shopping cart will list your products, quantity and other such details clearly for you to review.

3. When you are finished adding products to your order you may then proceed to checkout and complete your order.

4. The checkout page will review your order again, showing the total for all the products. On this page you simply fill out a form with your billing details (to appear on your invoice) and your shipping details (where you wish to have the products sent).

5. You will receive an immediate confirmation email of the products you have ordered. We will then process your order according to your payment method. You must wait before attempting to pay as we must calculate the shipping for your order.

a. Credit Card Orders - We will add the shipping cost (please view shipping costs) and send you a custom payment link in order to allow you to complete payment through our payment processor - 2checkout.com

b. Money Order / Bank Cheque* - We will contact you to request the total plus shipping. Please make all money orders payable to Karla Lee.

*We do not accept personal cheques

c. If you have other payment methods you wish to pay by please submit your order and simply place your request in the additional information field at the base of the form.

Shipping Costs

All Australian orders attract the following shipping charges:

All orders with up to 2 books - add $5.00
Orders containing more than 2 please email us for a quote.

All orders containing Dolls - add $9.00

For all International orders please add $12.00

Bulk order please email info@karlalee.com for a quote


Karlalee.com reserves the right to limit orders to reasonable quantities. If you are a bookstore or wish to distribute these books please contact info@karlalee.com before ordering.

 
Fraud Protection

All orders at Karlalee.com are manually processed and no order is shipped until full payment is verified. At present we do not use real-time processing of cards to alleviate fraud.

We do not accept credit card orders directly and we do not store credit card numbers on file.

If you would like to pay by credit card we must send you a custom credit card payment link to your email which will allow you to navigate to our payment processor (2checkout.com).
